Clerk and Nassau Bar Host E-Filing Training

 

Yulee, FL – March 22, 2013 – Nassau County Clerk of Court/Comptroller, John A. Crawford, and the Nassau County Bar Association teamed up to provide a briefing and training tutorial on the Florida Courts E-Filing to local attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, and clerk of court staff on Tuesday, March 19th at the Nassau County Judicial Annex. Levi Owens, Portal Project Manager of the Florida Court Clerks & Comptrollers (FCCC), and Melvin Cox, Director of Information Technology for the FCCC presented the training for forty-four attendees.

 

E-Filing becomes mandatory for attorneys filing in civil cases on April 1, 2013, and in criminal cases on October 1, 2013.
