Official Records Verified Through April 27th, 2022
The Nassau County Clerk of Court provides remote public access to many of the court records managed by our office. Agencies or individuals, such as law enforcement, State Attorney’s Office, attorneys of record, or case parties, who require unique access to confidential or non-public information, are required to register for login credentials through the Nassau County Clerk of Courts. Once completed, please email the form to firstname.lastname@example.org and allow 1-5 business days to process.
The official records website must contain a notice stating, in substantially similar form, that any person has a right to request that a county recorder remove from a publicly available Internet website information made exempt from inspection or copying under s. 119.071, F.S. or an image or copy of a public record, including an official record, from a publicly available Internet website if that image or copy is of a military discharge; death certificate; or a court file, record, or paper relating to matters or cases governed by the Florida Rules of Family Law, the Florida Rules of Juvenile Procedure, or the Florida Probate Rules. The notice must state that information described in s. 28.222(2), F.S., grantor, grantee and party names, otherwise exempt under s. 119.071, will not be removed from the Official Record or the index.
As of July 1, 2021, the official records website must contain a notice stating, in substantially similar form, that any person has a right to request that a county recorder or clerk of the court add information to a publicly available Internet website if that information involves the identity of a respondent against whom a final judgment for an injunction for the protection of a minor under s. 741.30, s. 784.046, or s. 784.0485, F.S., is entered, unless the respondent is a minor.
